Terms and Conditions
Swimwell will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 2 working days. Price And Payment
The price of the lessons will be given to you at the time of booking.
The initial payment is the remaining lessons of the current month and the following full monthly fee.
Swimwell will communicate via email if there will be a price increase.
Payment methods
Payments are made by monthly card subscription payments, that are taken on the 2nd of the month.
You must sign up to the payment plan prior to the start of your lesson.
On the discretion of the director then a different method of payment maybe acceptable.
Failure to make payment
If your bank details are incorrect, we will contact you to ask you to change your bank details or we will ask you to set up a new subscription payment.
If you fail to change your details or set up a new subscription, then Swimwell will remove you from the course and you will not be allowed into the lesson.
If the payment fails due to there been not enough money available in your account, then will attempt to take payment again.
If payment fails again then Swimwell will contact you via email for payment, failure to pay will lead to Swimwell removing you from the course and you are not allowed into the lesson.
In extreme circumstances we may appoint a debt collection agency to collect any payments you owe us.
Cancelling your lessons
Please email Swimwell, office@swimwell.org.uk.
You can cancel at your lesson with 4 weeks' notice.
Please note that it may take up to 14 working days for Swimwell to process your request.
If you leave and you owe money Swimwell will email you the outstanding amount due and this will need to be paid within 10 working days.
If when you cancel there is credit in you account, Swimwell with refund this to you.
